The Pre-sales/ BD Manager will be part of our cutting edge team.

You know how to develop opportunities in target markets with the support of Marketing.

You should know all the cold calling secrets and you can prove it.

You understand the importance of mentoring your team on cold-calling, how to identify potential clients and the key contacts, etc.

You will manage a team and track their individual contribution and their accomplishments.

You will plan approaches and pitches. For that you will work with the team to develop proposals that speak to our client needs, concerns and objectives.

You are used to managing a team and you do that by inspiring them as a role model.

You dream about pre-sales strategies and you become a rockstar when it comes to delivering results

KPI’s are your middle name.

You will submit weekly progress reports and ensure the data is accurate.

You will ensure that data is accurately entered and managed on Salesforce.

You will forecast sales targets and ensure they are met by the team.

You will ensure all team members represent Marfeel in the best light.

You will present business development trainings and mentoring to BD’s.

You are an international team player.

You are eager for knowledge.

You have lots of stamina and you get bored if you have nothing to do.

You are hands-on and proactive.

You are fluent in English (this is a must).
